Sotai (If you have some physical trouble such as lower back pain, please try to experience. Modify the distortion of your body such as the pelvis, it will be comfortable. The great effect !!),

Fee（tax included）

• 10,000 yen for 90-minute private lessons, 13,000 yen for 120 mins, 16,000 yen for 150 mins, 19,000 yen for 180 mins
• 6,000 yen (2 persons) 90-minute group lessons, 9,000 yen for 120 minutes (per person) 
  
• 5,000 yen (3 persons) 90-minute group lessons, 7,500 yen for 120 minutes (per person) 
  
• 4,000 yen (4 persons) 90-minute group lessons, 6,000 yen for 120 minutes (per person)

　Please contact me lessons of 5 people or more. I will undertake mobile lessons to the circle, companies and organizations (from 60 minutes).

To arrange your original program, the contents will differ one person. Massage only is also available. Massage details 

• (Example 1) 150 mins (1 person)session, 90 mins for dietary advice and yoga lessons, and 60 mins for ralaxation massage No. 2 popular
  
• （Example 2) 180 mins (1 person)session, 90 mins for yoga lessons, 30 mins for Sotai body methods, and 60 mins for relaxation massage No. 1 popular
• (Example 3) 120 mins (2 persons)session, 90 mins for yoga lessons, and 30 mins for lecture of self massage that can partner with each other

Since it takes 80-90 minutes at least to yoga lessons for you to feel the effect, I recommend a course of more than 150 minutes if you want to have a full body massage at the same time.

You will probably have reflexology in the case of 120-minute course. You can feel the effect of massage on 30 minutes when having reflexology. Because the effect can not be expected enough compared to the whole body massage, upper body only or partial massage, is not nearly done.

Travel costs

Will be charged the actual cost from JR Kumagaya Station on the Takasaki line (around 2,500 to 3,000 yen round-trip in central Tokyo).

Studio (like a retreat) is also available in a 10-minute walk from Kumagaya Station. If you come, travel costs is no charge. Parking available (contact me in advance). Mat rental is also free.

1. Thank you and secure space for 2 yoga mats and move enough, to maintain the room temperature in which the body is not cold. 
2. Yoga mat rental costs is once 300 yen. The mat can be purchased for 1,500 yen (in that case, rental cost no charge).
